Returns & Exchange Policy

At Gifneo, we strive to make every shopping experience smooth and satisfying. Each product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure you receive only the best.
As a general policy, we do not accept returns for products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. However, a return or exchange may be processed under the following circumstances:

  • A wrong product was delivered (does not match your order confirmation).
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.

If your order falls under any of the above cases, we will be happy to offer a replacement or a full refund in the form of store credit.


Return Process

  1. Eligibility Window:
    • Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • Returns are applicable only for the following reasons:
      • Damaged product
      • Manufacturing defect
      • Incorrect product received
    • Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted.
  2. How to Request a Return:
    • Please share two clear images of the product — one showing the damaged/defective part and another showing the full product.
    • Email the images along with your order details to Support@gifneo.com.
    • Our Quality Assurance team will review your request and respond with your Return Request Status within 2–3 business days.
  3. Pickup & Refund:
    • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 working days.
    • The returned item typically reaches our warehouse within 7–10 days.
    • After inspection, your refund (in the form of store credit) will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Important Notes

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including:
    • Tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice
    • The shipping label that was attached to the package
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
